  • £31,860 – £39,500 per annum (based upon experience)

We are a forward looking Agency always striving to improve upon our service provision to both the young people and our foster carers.

With this in mind we currently have a vacancy for a  experienced Supervising Social Worker based  at our Warrington office who will add to and support our aim to build upon our current success and developments across the North West

You will be an experienced qualified Supervising Social Worker with sound legislative and practice knowledge and skills associated with the role of Supervising Social worker within fostering services. However we would consider applications from experienced  Social Workers who have an understanding of fostering .

You will be confident in your ability and approach, able to work autonomously and will have excellent organisational skills to meet timescales and deadlines.

The posts offer an exciting opportunity to join an experienced, stable and supportive team where individuals are encouraged to be creative to develop new ideas, support participation and consultation with young people and foster carers and have a genuine input into our service development.

We are looking for suitable candidates who have the necessary knowledge, skills, enthusiasm and can do attitude approach the post requires. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling you to effectively share information.

You will also be able to demonstrate creativity, imagination, energy, flexibility and self-motivation to work with young people and foster carers. The post requires you to participate in an out of hour’s duty rota and you will be based in our  office in Warrington .
